PROJECT
CONCEPT
- The 38 Grad AG is developing seven brand new and graceful luxury villas on the idyllic „nusa dua“ peninsula, located in the southern region of Bukit, Bali, on a 10,000 m² property.
- These villas offer a precisely designed living space of around 330 m² amidst tropical nature, featuring pools, lounges, high functionality, and unique design, inviting guests to relax in this energetic space where the soul can unwind.
- Redifining the concept of living by creating modern and open spaces where nature becomes part of the inside and bath(rooms) earn back their importance as a vital part of modern living.
- A combination of waterfalls and ventilation systems results in natural air conditioning in the villas.
The ground floor formes the private area of the building. Bathrooms, where every shower seems part of a steady flowing stream, throughout the whole building. Thin walkways, pools and waterfalls create an adventurous trop
GROUND FLOOR
The first floor formes the living area of the building. Lots of glass and details form countless visual connections throughout the building. To further enhance its connection with the surrounding environment, the entire upper floor will consist primarily of openable spaces.
FIRST FLOOR
The design combines the clear lines of the primary structure with fine details and local materials. Combined with plants, waterfalls, and a modern lighting concept, we create a luxurious living space that seamlessly merges with nature.
